영/일/한 진짜(!) 회사에서 쓰는 메일 : 팀원(담당자) 소개하기

올 초에 저희 회사 팀 구조가 살짝 바껴서, 기존 고객들을 담당하는 담당자가 바꼈어요.

이런 경우에 사용할 수 있는 템플릿을 공유할게요.

 

메일 제목 : Introducing <팀원 이름1> and <팀원 이름2>

예를 들면 : Introducing Sam and Tom

Hi 클라이언트 이름,

안녕 클라이언트야,

잘지내는 거지? 뭐 이런 느낌

I would like to share some update from our end.

다름이 아니라 우리 새 소식이 있는 데 전달하려고 해.

In the beginning of this year, <본인 회사이름> did a small restructure in Asia by merging SEA and North Asia team to form Team Asia.

올해 초에 우리 회사가 팀 구조를 조금 바꿨는데, SEA 랑 North Asia 팀을 합쳐서 팀 Asia 가 되었어.

Team Asia is leading by Sam(팀장이름) with team members based in Japan and India offices to provide full support to our clients all over Asia.

팀 Asia는 일본/인도 오피스에 있는 샘과 팀 멤버들이 필두로 Asia 전역의 모든 고객들을 담당하고 있어.

Coming along with this new structure, we have also assigned a new CS Executive, Sam, to take care or your team with the support of Tom. Sam is based in India while Tom is based in Japan. They will be your main contact moving forward.

이 새로운 팀 구조로, 너희 회사 새 담당자는 Sam이고 Tom이 보조로 함께 일할거야. Sam은 인도 지사에 있고 Tom은 일본 지사에 있어. 앞으로 이쪽으로 연락해줘.
